At the heart of Hôtel Beauregard, Chez Gaston restaurant captures the spirit of the property. Named after Gaston Pollet-Villard, founder of Groupe PVG, it reflects the feeling of a welcoming family home—where people come together to enjoy simple, genuine moments. Bathed in natural light and opening onto the beautiful landscapes of La Clusaz, the restaurant offers a setting that is both warm and refined, deeply connected to its surroundings.
In the kitchen, Chef Florian Rollet brings a fresh take to traditional mountain cuisine, showcasing the very best of local, seasonal produce. From iconic Savoyard dishes—such as tartiflette and “boîte chaude”—to more creative flavour pairings, each dish strikes a balance between authenticity and innovation. A daily special, inspired by the freshest arrivals, adds a sense of discovery with every visit.
The restaurant also caters to all guests, with a dedicated children’s menu and takeaway picnic baskets —perfect for a day on the slopes or a scenic mountain outing.

With its relaxed feel—blending classic dining tables and a laid-back picnic-style atmosphere—it’s the perfect spot to take in the sweeping mountain views. As evening falls, soft string lights create a warm, inviting ambiance, ideal for lingering summer nights.
Throughout the season, the terrace hosts the Sunset BBQ & Jazz evenings: a generous buffet, flame-grilled specialties, and live music by the duo French’ment Jazz, bringing together swing, piano and vocals in a lively, feel-good atmosphere.
Le 1992 bar, a cosy and stylish retreat
A nod to the hotel’s opening year, Le 1992 bar offers a cosy yet sophisticated setting, perfect at any time of day.
Its distinctive design combines raw materials with alpine inspiration: a rusted metal counter, clad in genuine cowhide, mirrored surfaces and a backlit ceiling reminiscent of ice crystals.

Breakfast is served every morning from 7am to 10am as a generous buffet, in a bright setting overlooking the mountains.
Offering both indulgence and vitality, it features a wide selection of sweet and savoury options: freshly baked pastries and breads, artisanal jams, homemade cakes and treats, cereals, seasonal fruits, eggs, cold cuts and local cheeses, along with hot and cold beverages.
All you need to start your day, gently and deliciously.
