Brand new and designed with meticulous attention to detail, our ski room boasts a warm and contemporary design reminiscent of a traditional Savoyard chalet, with elegant touches of wood and stone. This exclusive space, reserved for our guests, offers a full range of services for renting ski equipment, snowboards, and snowshoes, as well as purchasing additional gear from a carefully selected range of high-quality accessories, including sunglasses, beanies, gloves, and sun protection products.

You can also securely store your equipment in personalized lockers, with dedicated boot warmers available for each room.

Our on-site experts are at your service to recommend the most suitable equipment based on your skill level and preferences. Take advantage of their advice to discover the most breathtaking viewpoints of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.

To make your stay even more seamless, we also take care of purchasing your ski passes (for a minimum of four days), allowing you to fully enjoy your time on the slopes without any hassle.

Activities for children

During the Christmas and winter holidays, for children, a dedicated activity room is available for children from 5:00 PM, offering a variety of workshops.
An activity leader is present on select evenings to entertain children with board games, coloring, drawing, and more.

Rooms

Pets

Your four-legged friends are welcome at our hotel for an additional fee of €20 per day per pet..

However, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area but are warmly welcomed at the hotel bar.

The management reserves the right to deny access to pets in case of disturbances.

Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast served in the hotel’s restaurant. For €25, enjoy a wide selection of sweet and savory items, carefully chosen to satisfy all tastes. Whether you prefer a light meal or something more indulgent, our buffet is sure to delight.

Accessibility

Specially designed rooms are available to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. These rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We warmly welcome guests with reduced mobility, and our hotel staff is trained to assist them. Every floor and service within the hotel is easily accessible thanks to an elevator system.

Guide dogs are allowed in the hotel at no extra charge.

Our restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, with an outdoor access ramp, a ramp leading to the terrace, and an accessible dining area.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate. However, additional cleaning fees may apply (please check with management) if hygiene standards are not maintained.

Bikeroom

Available during the summer, our secure bike room is equipped with all the necessary tools, including a bike stand, repair stand, floor pump, tool kit, and a dedicated cleaning area.
